Health Assessments

Health Assessments are free annual checkups with your GP, available to everyone 75+years old. Booking your annual health assessment is important to help detect issues early on and allow your GP to tailor advice and care specifically for you. Health Assessments are an excellent way for you and your GP to spend dedicated time to look through your medical history, complete any necessary physical exams and run basic tests based on your needs.

Please book with the nurse then your regular GP afterwards.
