Diabetic Care

We have nurses specially trained in diabetes management who work closely with you and your GP to enable the best control of your diabetes. We recommend a regular six monthly diabetes review. Please speak with the receptionist to make an appointment.

We also work closely with specialist physicians, diabetes educators, podiatrists, dieticians, exercise physiologists, psychologists and other allied health services to coordinate the best care. We are fortunate to have a dietician and podiatrist on site to assist.

Please call the surgery to book your care plan as it will involve booking with our Care Plan Nurse and your regular doctor.
