appointments

You can make appointments directly with our friendly receptionists, or via Hotdoc, our online appointments system (See Below). Please remember to make a long appointment if you have multiple problems, and to tell the receptionist if you are booking for any type of health assessment, care plan, or procedure so that we can also book an appointment with the nurse if necessary.

Appointments

Our appointment system caters for urgent, non urgent, complex, planned chronic care and preventative healthcare. If you need more time with your GP, eg a Mental Health consult, please book a long appointment. Urgent appointments will be seen by the next available GP. Please advise reception if you believe you require an urgent appointment. Urgent appointments will be triaged by the nurse on duty.

Walk-ins

We normally require people to make a booking but we can sometimes help if you walk into the Medical Centre. Priority is given to people who have made a booking. Waiting Times

Sometimes GPs are delayed by patients with urgent or complex issues. We apologise if you’re asked to wait and thank you for your patience.

After Hours

We use an after hours service called Dial-A-Doctor. Please call 1300 030 030 to arrange an after hours urgent visit. Or visit their website www.dial-a-doctor.com.au

Home Visits

If you are a regular patient and can’t travel to the Medical Centre, your GP may be able to visit you at your home. This is at the discretion of your GP.
