Script Requests
Our preferred method for Prescription requests are to book a face-to-face or telephone consultation with your regular GP.
Other options available are at a cost of $25, for which no Medicare rebate applies.
- Request a script via email (no verbal requests will be taken)
- Request a script via Hotdoc (see links below)
We require at least 48 hours notice, but it may take longer if your doctor only works part time.NO URGENT REQUESTS available except by appointment.
There is no guarantee that your doctor will approve your script request and you may still require an appointment. If your regular GP is on leave you will need to book an appointment with another GP.
We now provide eScripts whereby a token is sent to either your phone (as SMS) or email that can be taken to your usual pharmacy. No collection of paper scripts is required.
