As a passionate medical aviation doctor, private pilot and experienced GP, Dr Jones understands the demands of aviation (commercial and private) on pilots, air traffic controllers, aircrew and their families.

As a DAME, Dr Dave Jones offers initial and renewals for Class 1-3 Aviation Medicals to Pilots and Air Traffic Controllers.

Please contact our friendly reception team to book your aviation medical (online bookings are unavailable), providing the below information.

Information we need when booking:
At the time of booking, please provide our receptionist with the following information:

• Your Aviation Reference Number (ARN)
• Medical Certificate Class you are seeking (Class 1, 2 or 3)
• New medical or a renewal
• Confirm the online CASA declaration is completed and paid
• Any specific CASA requirements required for this medical (such as blood tests, specialist reports)

Current fees are:
New Medical: $245
Renewal: $225

Medicals are submitted on the day if no further information is required by CASA, however, CASA may require further information following submission of your medical. There may be additional fees if complex cases require further submissions. Every effort will be made by Dr Dave to submit your medical as soon as all required information is available to him.
